Open Positions:
Full Time 6pm-6am Thursday Friday, Saturday
Full Time 6pm-6am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Full Time 6am-6pm Sunday, Wednesday, Friday
Part Time or PRN 6am-6pm on Sunday
PRN 6pm-6am Wednesday and Saturday

What to Expect:
Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

Successful Candidates:
Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado
CPR certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Experience in a LTC/SNF is a plus!
Rate Range: $20-$26
