About the Role PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Brendan House provides basic nursing care to patients under supervision, supporting the care team and patient comfort. The role emphasizes privacy, safety, and teamwork in a 24/7 healthcare environment aligned with Logan Health's mission. What You'll Do

• Delivers and assists in delivery of basic patient care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Communicates with assigned leadership to coordinate workloads and patient priorities.
• Performs accurate CNA assessment while taking patient’s vital signs, and informs appropriate stakeholders of abnormal vital signs and/or changes in the patient’s condition, per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Maintains patient privacy as defined by Logan Health policies and procedures.
• Assists patient with activities of daily living as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Accurately and timely documents the care rendered to the patient as defined by department procedure and as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Assists in maintaining function by maintaining inventory, restocking of rooms, supply areas, maintains equipment for safety and cleanliness, as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Assists with maintaining compliance with Medicare and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Works with appropriate stakeholders to set and maintain priorities for patient care tasks.
• Assists in administrative duties and day-to-day operations per department procedure and as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Promotes a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient, provides personal care per department procedure and as applicable to assigned area(s).
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance as scheduled by department leadership.
• Shift: Variable; Schedule: 24/7 operation; PRN coverage to support busy periods and vacations. What We're Looking For
• Montana CNA certification with current license/registration where applicable and CPR certification.
• Previous work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Home Health Aide certification preferred or must successfully obtain within six months of hire.
• Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and confidence in maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and critical thinking skills; ability to set priorities and work as part of a team or independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed. Nice to Have
• Home Health Aide certification preferred or must obtain within six months of hire.
• Previous healthcare setting experience (preference).
• Familiarity with Medicare regulatory standards. Compensation & Benefits
