About the Role The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction of assigned leadership at Conrad LTC, part of Logan Health. This role supports the mission of delivering quality, compassionate care and works as part of a team to meet patient priorities in a skilled nursing setting. What You'll Do

  • Deliver and assist in providing basic patient care under supervision.
  • Communicate with leadership to coordinate workloads and patient priorities.
  • Perform accurate CNA assessments and take vital signs; report abnormalities per protocol.
  • Maintain patient privacy per Logan Health policies.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living.
  • Document care accurately and timely in patient records.
  • Maintain inventory, restock rooms, and ensure equipment safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist with Medicare and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities for patient care tasks.
  • Assist with administrative duties and day-to-day operations per department procedures.
  • Promote a safe and therapeutic environment; provide personal care per procedures.
  • Adhere to confidentiality policies and respect sensitive situations; operate both in a team and independently. What We're Looking For
  • Current Montana CNA certificate.
  • RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.
  • Healthcare setting experience preferred.
  • Understanding of confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and patient privacy.
  • High standards, integrity, empathy, and teamwork.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-starter; strong critical thinking; able to prioritize and work independently.
  • Commitment to teamwork and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn other software as needed. Nice to Have
