About the Role Logan Health is seeking a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Conrad LTC Skilled Nursing to provide basic nursing care under supervision. This PRN role supports the care team in a fast-paced setting and helps ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with Logan Health policies. What You'll Do
- Deliver and assist in the delivery of basic patient care under the guidance of leadership and as applicable to the assigned area.
- Perform CNA assessments and take vital signs; notify designated stakeholders of abnormal findings or changes in patient condition per protocol.
- Maintain patient privacy and dignity according to Logan Health policies.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and document care accurately and timely per department procedures.
- Maintain supplies, restock rooms, and ensure equipment is safe and clean.
- Help maintain regulatory compliance (Medicare and applicable standards) and support administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities for patient care tasks and support a safe therapeutic environment.
- Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to cover shifts as needed. What We're Looking For
- Montana CNA certificate required; RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Understanding of confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and ability to maintain patient privacy.
- High standards of integrity, kindness, empathy, and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Critical thinking, ability to set priorities, and strong documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software. Nice to Have
- Previous work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Willingness to learn additional software as needed. Compensation & Benefits
