Job title: CNA | Acute Care Unit | 3 12hr/wk Nights
About the Role Advance your CNA career in a fast-paced Acute Medical setting. Our Medical Unit CNAs play a vital role in post-operative care, supporting patients recovering from a wide variety of procedures. You’ll work closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and monitoring
- Support patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignity
- Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication
- Collaborate with a high-performing care team focused on surgical recovery
What We're Looking For
- Montana CNA license in good standing
- Previous acute care or surgical unit experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Compassionate, patient-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- New Competitive Base Wage – Starting at $19.50/hr
- Weekend Differential: +$2.25/hr
- NOC Differential: +$3.75/hr
