About this role
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die termingerechte Herstellung, Freigabe und Auslieferung eines kommerziellen Peptidprodukts über den gesamten Produktionsprozess hinweg
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Batch-Durchlaufs sowie Einhaltung von Produktions-, Qualitäts- und Lieferzielen
- Analyse von Prozess-, Qualitäts- und Performance-Daten sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen
- Aktive Steuerung und Unterstützung von Operational-Excellence- und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen
- Koordination und Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, OOS-/OOE-Fällen sowie CAPA-Massnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, QA, QC, Supply Chain, TechOps und weiteren Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung der Produktversorgung
- Unterstützung bei Audits, Inspektionen und Kundenanfragen sowie Vertretung des Manufacturing-Bereichs
