Cluster Revenue Directorは、Accorの複数のホテル・施設における売上最大化を目的とし、価格戦略・在庫管理・需要予測などのレベニューマネジメント業務を統括していただきます。担当していただく店舗は以下の通りです。

各施設のパフォーマンス分析を行い、最適な収益戦略の立案と実行をリードするポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 担当クラスター（複数施設）のレベニュー戦略の立案および実行
• 需要予測（フォーキャスト）の作成および精度向上
• 価格設定（Pricing）および在庫コントロールの最適化
• OTA・直販チャネルのパフォーマンス分析および改善施策の実施
• 市場動向・競合分析を基にした戦略提案
• 売上・RevPAR・ADRなど主要KPIのモニタリングとレポーティング
• セールス・マーケティング・オペレーション部門との連携
• レベニューマネジメントシステム（RMS）の活用および改善
• チームメンバーの指導・育成

This role is responsible for maximizing revenue across multiple hotels and properties by overseeing revenue management functions, including pricing strategy, inventory control, and demand forecasting. The Cluster Revenue Director will analyze the performance of each property and lead the development and execution of optimal revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for the assigned cluster (multiple properties)

• Prepare and continuously improve demand forecasts

• Optimize pricing and inventory controls to maximize revenue

• Analyze performance across OTA and direct distribution channels and implement improvement initiatives

• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as revenue, RevPAR, and ADR

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

• Utilize and enhance Revenue Management Systems (RMS)

• Coach and develop team members

• 資格

• ホテル業界におけるレベニューマネジメントまたは関連業務の経験（3年以上目安）

• データ分析力（Excel必須）

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル

• PMS／RMS（Opera、IDeaS等）の使用経験があれば尚可

• 外資系ホテルでの勤務経験歓迎

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry（Approximately 3+ years of experience)

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

• Experience with PMS/RMS systems (e.g. Opera,IDeaS) preferred

• Experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage
