Job title: Cluster Executive

The Cluster Executive provides full strategic, operational, and commercial P&L accountability for our Security and Building Technologies division. This leader will drive market expansion for our complex integration portfolios, strengthen relationships with global electronic hardware and software OEMs, and steer a highly technical team in delivering intelligent, automated infrastructure models.

What you'll do

• Cluster Strategic Growth: Define and deliver the commercial roadmap for the SBT business unit, expanding its footprint across industrial, corporate, and smart city sectors.
• P&L & Commercial Stewardship: Manage budgets, optimize margins, and lead high-value contract negotiations for multifaceted software, hardware, and integration projects.
• OT & IT Portfolio Innovation: Drive adoption of next-gen AI video intelligence, access control, smart identity frameworks (DIMPL), and predictive building analytics.
• Strategic Partner Ecosystems: Maintain high-level relationships with global Tier-1 technology suppliers, vendors, and blue-chip client accounts.
• Operational & Risk Governance: Ensure rigorous quality management across large-scale physical installations, systems integration workflows, and strict regulatory compliance.
• Leadership & Transformation: Mentor and scale a diverse team of engineering specialists, systems architects, and account managers, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.

Your Expertise:

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership within the Information Technology (IT) or Operational Technology (OT) spaces, with at least 5 years specifically operating at an executive level
• Strong commercial track record managing large-scale P&L accounts, specifically involving physical infrastructure, systems integration, or smart building frameworks.
• Deep domain familiarity with workforce management architecture, biometric access control, IoT, CCTV systems, and AI-enabled video analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or Business Management is required; an MBA or advanced technical certification is highly valued.

Key Competencies:

• Systems Integration Acumen: A thorough understanding of fusing hardware databases with software APIs to build unified operations.
• Commercial Drive: Demonstrated capacity to turn grudge-purchase infrastructure into high-value operational efficiency assets for corporate clients.
• Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to negotiate complex corporate deals and present vision clearly at C-suite and Board levels.
