Job Purpose

The Cluster Director of Commercial is responsible for driving the commercial performance of multiple MGallery hotels in Japan.

The properties you will be responsible for are as follows:

• HOTEL SOSEI SAPPORO MGallery Collection
• Madarao Kogen Hotel
• LIME RESORT MYOKO

Sales, Revenue, and Marketing functionsを統括し、各ホテルの個性を活かしながら、売上最大化とブランド価値向上をリードしていただきます。担当していただく店舗は以下の通りです。

資格

• Approximately 7+ years（at least 5+ years）of experience in hospitality commercial roles

（ホテル業界における営業・レベニュー・マーケティング領域での経験が5年以上ある方、目安として7年以上の経験がある方を歓迎します）

• Background in Sales, Revenue Management, or Marketing

（セールス、レベニューマネジメント、またはマーケティング領域での実務経験）

• Leadership or team management experience preferred

（チームマネジメントまたはリーダーとしての経験があれば尚可）

• Experience in multi-property or cluster roles is a plus

（複数ホテルまたは複数拠点を横断して業務を行った経験があれば歓迎）

• Experience in international or lifestyle/luxury brands is an advantage

（外資系ホテルやライフスタイル／ラグジュアリーブランドでの経験は大きな強みとなります）
