Club Supervisor
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant hospitality establishment in Siaya County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and overall profitability of the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments
- Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock control of food, beverages, and supplies
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures
- Coordinate events, promotions, and entertainment activities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall club standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a club, bar, or restaurant setting
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good financial management and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
