Job title: Cloud Solutions Architect
About the Role Help global companies embrace private cloud infrastructure, Linux and cloud-native operations, and open source applications. Our team designs private and public cloud solutions and works hands-on to deploy, test, and hand over solutions to support or managed services. You’ll also contribute as a software engineer using Python to develop Kubernetes operators and open source infrastructure-as-code, solving customer problems through architecture, presentations, and training.
What You'll Do
- Work across the entire Linux stack, from kernel to applications.
- Design and deliver open source code in Python; develop Kubernetes operators.
- Architect cloud infrastructure solutions (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ceph, Hadoop, Spark) for On-Premises and Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Coach and develop colleagues; foster a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.
- Travel up to 25% for internal and external events.
- Deploy, test and hand over solutions to support or managed services teams.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field.
- Sound knowledge of cloud computing concepts & technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of Linux and networking.
- Intermediate to advanced Python programming skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative; ability to jump into new projects and interact with people.
- Demonstrated drive for continual learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English).
- Good organizational skills and reliable follow-through.
- Optional: ability to speak a second language.
