About the Role The Cloud Solution Architecture Manager leads cloud solution architecture initiatives within Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. The role helps customers accelerate business value by leveraging Microsoft cloud products and services, guided by Microsoft’s people and culture. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud solution architects to design and deliver scalable cloud solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, services, and product groups to align architecture with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and best practices across cloud engagements. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in cloud solution architecture and leadership with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering customer-facing cloud solutions and guiding technical teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure) and modern architecture patterns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; travel up to 25%.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-success focused environment.
