About the Role As a Cloud Solution Architecture - M365 Copilot role within Microsoft’s Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization, you will design and deliver cloud-based solutions leveraging M365 Copilot to accelerate customer value and outcomes. You will partner with customers, partners, and Microsoft teams to enable differentiated experiences and drive successful adoption of Microsoft products and services. What You'll Do
- Design and deliver cloud architectures and solution blueprints that leverage M365 Copilot to meet customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal Microsoft teams to implement, validate, and scale solutions.
- Create and promote architecture best practices, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide guidance, and support adoption; travel 25-50% as needed. What We're Looking For
