We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Copilot and Power Platforms. The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) is a trusted technical advisor responsible for helping customers design, deploy, adopt, and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Power Platforms. The CSA partners with customers, account teams, engineering, and solution specialists to accelerate customers Copilot and Power Platforms journey.

Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise through post-sales presentations, product demonstrations and installations of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Is the central technical contact for the sales staff to implement leading Microsoft 365 workloads to meet customer needs.
- Supports in driving the Change and the Usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot at our customers and internally. (Co-)Delivering Community Sessions and Hackathons about Prompt Engineering to drive Adoption of Modern Work AI tools.
- Has a holistic view over the customer technology landscape and architecture to assess optimization opportunities using Microsoft technologies.
- Ensures that the customer is fully satisfied with the product application/solution performance.
- Advises company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
