About the Role We are seeking contract professionals to support live broadcast and media operations across both cloud-based and on-premise environments. This role will be based in the Stamford, CT office and work alongside engineering and operations teams to support real-time broadcast workflows, monitor system health, and assist in troubleshooting and system setup. Structured training will be provided, but this role requires initiative and the ability to quickly build confidence in fast-paced, live environments. The ideal candidate brings a base of broadcast knowledge, fluency in cloud workflows, and the ability to learn and adapt as our platforms evolve. The ideal candidate for this role appreciates the discipline and precision of traditional broadcast, while embracing the agility and innovation of modern streaming; someone who sees both worlds not as separate, but as converging. What You'll Do
- Support live broadcast operations across control rooms, cloud systems, and distribution platforms
- Monitor signal flow, stream health, and system performance during live events
- Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and system configuration in real-time environments
