Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call “liquid software.” Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?

JFrog is seeking a Cloud & Platform Engineering Manager to join our Atlanta team. In this role, you will lead a critical part of our global Cloud & Platform organization, overseeing the infrastructure and platforms that power our SaaS offering and support thousands of organizations across diverse industries and geographies, running on all major cloud providers, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You will build, scale, and lead our Cloud & Platform Engineering team in Atlanta, expanding its footprint into critical areas including Cloud Infrastructure, Data, Networking, Web Infrastructure, and Platform Services. The team works as an integral part of the global Cloud & Platform organization while owning its own projects and roadmap.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You should have a strong passion for automation, problem-solving, and innovation, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the reliability and uptime of mission-critical systems.

As a Cloud & Platform Engineering Manager at JFrog, you will…

  • Lead the team across the SaaS infrastructure lifecycle: cloud and Kubernetes platform, networking and web infrastructure, data, GitOps and automation, reliability, security and compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop a platform to deploy all JFrog services in highly available Kubernetes (K8s) environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Lead cross-organizational projects like Disaster Recovery, AI Agents Infrastructure, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams such as Security, FinOps, Production Support, Product, and Software Architects.
  • Drive AI adoption across our operations by designing and deploying AI agents that automate operational work.
  • Build and operate the infrastructure that runs AI agents and tooling (e.g., MCP servers, gateways, access and guardrails) safely at scale.
  • Work closely with product development teams to design and ensure the quality, monitoring, security, and high availability of different microservices.
  • Participate in product discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility for new projects to make them happen.

To be a Cloud & Platform Engineering Manager at JFrog, you need…

  • 5-7+ years as a hands-on technical leader in cloud and platform engineering within a large-scale SaaS environment.
  • 3-5+ years managing engineers, including hiring and growing a team.
  • Proven experience in IaC tools such as Terraform or Crossplane.
  • Broad knowledge of managing Kubernetes services & infrastructure.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and data platforms across AWS, GCP, and Azure (EKS/AKS/GKE, managed databases, DNS, storage), and security hardening.
  • Builder mindset: a track record of designing and shipping platforms, tooling, and automation, and using AI tools and agents to build faster.
  • Ability to foster ownership and accountability in the team.
  • Advantage: experience with monitoring and observability stacks.
  • Advantage: experience with Disaster Recovery for production systems.
