Job title: Cloud Platform Engineer
About the Role Cloud Platform Engineer at Capgemini's Cloud and Customs Application (C&CA) units. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud services, collaborating with architecture, development and operations to deliver scalable, secure platforms in a leading cloud environment.
What You'll Do
- Be the nexus between architecture, development and operations, guiding customers on DevSecOps journeys and helping build platforms and landing zones with infrastructure as code, plus automation via CI/CD pipelines
- Advise developers and solution architects on how to best leverage cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and related technologies
- Work with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions / CircleCI / Jenkins, Elastic Stack / Grafana, and other modern tools
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years experience with Azure or AWS
- Experience working closely with developers in development projects
- Motivation, enthusiasm and interest for Cloud technology; good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent Norwegian and English (spoken and written)
- Familiar with Cloud Adoption Frameworks (CAF) for Azure and AWS; nice to have certifications in the technologies above
Nice to Have
- Certifications in the listed technologies; CAF familiarity is a plus
