We are looking for a Cloud&Ops Engineer (Technical Support) to join our global team. This role involves providing advanced support for cloud infrastructure products, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in high-pressure environments.

The position is based in US (US Citizen), and requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills.

This is you

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced).
• Solid L2/L3 networking knowledge: stacks, switching, routing, firewalls.
• Experience working with Linux.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer issues in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• -
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with ELK stack.
• Background working with Telecommunication Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure products and operator suites.
• Perform in-depth log debugging and analysis.
• Support customer KPIs and SLAs.
• Execute software upgrades and patching.
• Lead emergency recovery for outages.
• Maintain customer lab environments.
• Mentor and train other engineers.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
