We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Time Senior Oracle Middleware & Cloud Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Oracle Middleware platforms running on Linux and Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Kubernetes, Docker, Linux administration, and Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) SaaS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

This role will be responsible for building highly available, secure, scalable, and cloud-native middleware environments while supporting Oracle Intelligent Advisor integrations and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle WebLogic Administration & Architecture

• Install, configure, administer, and support Oracle WebLogic Server environments on Linux.

• Design and implement highly available WebLogic clusters on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Configure and manage WebLogic Kubernetes Operator.

• Deploy and manage WebLogic domains using Domain-in-Image and Model-in-Image approaches.

• Perform WebLogic patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Configure SSL, certificates, load balancing, ingress controllers, and security hardening.

• Support disaster recovery and high-availability configurations.

• Oracle SOA Suite Administration

• Install, configure, and support Oracle SOA Suite environments on Linux.

• Deploy and maintain BPEL, Mediator, Human Workflow, Business Rules, and SOA Composite applications.

• Manage Oracle adapters including Database, File, FTP/SFTP, JMS, REST, and SOAP services.

• Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and runtime issues.

• Support production environments and perform root cause analysis.

• OBIEE Administration

• Install, configure, and support Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).

• Manage BI Server, Presentation Services, Scheduler, and Repository components.

• Monitor and optimize reporting and analytics performance.

• Support migrations, upgrades, and patch management activities.

• Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) SaaS

• Configure and administer Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) SaaS on Oracle Cloud.

• Develop and maintain OIA policies, decision models, rules, and interview workflows.

• Integrate OIA with Oracle and non-Oracle enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.

• Support business teams in translating complex policies into automated decision models.

• Manage OIA deployment lifecycle, testing, and production support.

• Monitor and troubleshoot OIA integrations and performance issues.

• AKS Kubernetes & Cloud Engineering

• Design, build, and administer AKS Kubernetes clusters.

• Containerize Oracle middleware applications using Docker.

• Configure namespaces, deployments, services, ingress controllers, persistent storage, secrets, and autoscaling.

• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics.

• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Ensure platform security, compliance, and operational stability.

• DevOps & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Automate deployments using Terraform, Helm Charts, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Implement automated monitoring, alerting, and operational processes.

• Support Git-based release management and deployment strategies.

• Production Support

• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 support for mission-critical production systems.

• Perform incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.

• Participate in on-call support rotation as required.

• Create operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Skills

• Must have

• Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of Oracle Middleware administration experience.

• 5+ years of Oracle WebLogic Server administration.

• 5+ years of Oracle SOA Suite administration and support.

• 3+ years of OBIEE administration experience.

• 3+ years of Kubernetes and containerization experience.

• 3+ years of Microsoft Azure and AKS experience.

• 5+ years of Linux administration experience.

• Experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) SaaS.

• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Experience with Oracle Database administration concepts.

• Experience with Azure networking and security services.

• Experience migrating Oracle middleware workloads to Kubernetes.

• Oracle, Azure, Kubernetes, or OCI certifications.
