About the Role The Cloud Network Engineer will design, implement, and support cloud-based networking solutions for MTSI's Dayton-based operations, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud networking architectures (VPCs, VPNs, WAN) across multiple cloud providers
- Collaborate with security and platform teams to ensure compliance and robust network performance
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement cost optimization strategies
What We're Looking For
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid network connectivity
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewall policies, and network security
- Familiarity with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) and networking automation
Nice to Have
- Certifications in cloud or network technologies (e.g., AWS CCNA/CCNP, CCIE, Azure Network Engineer)
- Experience with SD-WAN, network monitoring, and incident response
