About the Role Owns building and scaling Moveworks' AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform. Collaborates across platform, ML, search, data, and frontend teams to understand DevOps needs, influence the roadmap, and lead end-to-end initiatives. Designs, builds, and manages cloud infrastructure across regions and clouds with a focus on security, scalability, observability, resilience, and cost optimization. Builds CI/CD pipelines with Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage the application stack across environments, and partners with security to strengthen the infrastructure's security posture. What You'll Do
- Build and scale Moveworks AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform across multiple regions and clouds with security, scalability, observability, resilience, and cost optimization
- Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure as code to provision and manage the Moveworks application stack across environments
- Collaborate with platform, machine learning, search, data, and frontend teams to understand their DevOps needs, influence the roadmap, and lead/execute projects
- Partner with Moveworks security team to enhance the infrastructure security posture
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and security practices such as backup, encryption, and resilience measures What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead complex platform and infrastructure initiatives from conception to delivery
- Expertise in designing and building AWS (or similar) cloud infrastructure with extensive experience in managing AWS security groups, IAM roles, ELBs, CloudFormation, and other cloud services
- Knowledge of VPN, AWS VPC, DNS, and troubleshooting network issues
- Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, Istio, and related tooling
- Working knowledge of disaster recovery processes and security areas (data backup/recovery, replication, AWS KMS, certificate management, encryption, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, security tools)
- Proficiency with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and related DevOps tooling

- Base Salary Range: $143,200 - $243,000 USD
