Cloud Engineer

About the Role We are looking for talented Cloud Engineers to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with opportunities at mid-level and senior-level. What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Ansible and Terraform to streamline deployments and configurations.
• Build and integrate RESTful web services to enable seamless communication between cloud components and applications.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud environments, including networking, storage, and compute resources.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate routine tasks.
• Monitor cloud systems using native tools and third-party solutions, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for cloud security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
• For senior-level roles: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, lead technical discussions, and drive strategic cloud architecture decisions.
• Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, with proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and application development.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and/or Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful web services.
• Good proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting and system administration.
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• For mid-level roles: Solid foundational knowledge with ability to handle independent tasks.
• For senior-level roles: Advanced expertise in cloud architecture, leadership experience, and a track record of delivering complex projects. Nice to Have
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools is a plus.
