Role Summary
We are looking for experienced Technical Architects / Technical Leads with strong solution architecture and hands-on .NET development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture and technical roadmaps aligned with service-line strategy.
- Translate broad requirements into clear technical designs and actionable engineering stories.
- Remain hands-on with C#/.NET coding, POCs, code reviews, troubleshooting, and detailed design.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications on Azure and AKS.
- Integrate Generative AI and agentic capabilities into line-of-business applications.
- Establish architecture guardrails covering security, performance, reliability, and observability.
- Guide engineering teams through implementation and resolve technical risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product, Business Analysts, architecture teams, global stakeholders, and vendors.

- 10+ years of software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership experience.
