About the Role Microsoft is seeking a Cloud & AI Solution Engineer Leader to drive cloud and AI solution delivery in the United States with remote/hybrid teams. In addition, this role has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, executing projects, and managing performance. Acts as a representative for the technology domain to all C-suite leaders within the local market, engaging with stakeholders to advance Microsoft’s Cloud & AI strategy. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Cloud & AI solution engineers to deliver customer-centric cloud and AI solutions.
- Drive employee growth and development, oversee project execution, and manage performance.
- Represent the technology domain to C-suite leaders in the local market and engage with stakeholders to drive strategy and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, services, and engineering teams to architect and implement scalable cloud and AI solutions.
- Manage cross-functional programs and ensure successful delivery across multiple locations while maintaining remote work. What We're Looking For
- Experience in leading solution engineering teams and delivering Cloud & AI initiatives.
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong leadership, communication, and program-management skills.
- Willingness to travel less than 25%.
- Remote work capabilities with ability to operate across multiple locations in the United States.
