About the Role We are hiring a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) in Mumbai, India to support global clinical trial operations for key oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, and immunology studies. The role is office-based in Mumbai, India with responsibility for critical documentation, system management, and cross-functional trial coordination. What You'll Do
- Support global study teams with trial documentation, TMF maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage and update Veeva Vault, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- Assist in study start-up, site document collection, and tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, training documentation, and trial communications.
- Track essential documents, milestones, and key study metrics.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and site staff for timely deliverables.
- Maintain inspection-ready documentation and support audits. What We're Looking For
- Min. 1-2 years of experience working as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) in global clinical trials.
- Hands-on experience in core CTA activities including Ethics Committee (EC) submissions, Health Authority (HA) submissions, site payments, and essential clinical trial documentation and tracking.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in clinical systems such as Veeva Vault, CTMS, and EDC platforms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
