About the Role The Clinical Training and Program Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs and curricula for clinical staff, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain clinical training materials, curricula, and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and program stakeholders to deliver effective training.
- Monitor training outcomes, analyze feedback, and iterate programs for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with LMS administrators and education teams to scale training across remote or distributed teams.
