About the Role The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) oversees operations for the inpatient Mental Health Unit, coordinating patient care, resources, safety, and workflow to meet changing needs. This role collaborates with unit and organizational leadership to optimize patient flow and safety, and may serve as a de-escalation trainer and safety advocate.
What You'll Do
- Identify procedures, processes, and patient care to be accomplished during the work period and determine required resources to carry out unit operations safely.
- Distribute work to maximize use of personnel and materials, and coordinate patient flow with clinical logistics and crisis services.
- Monitor patient care outcomes, compare to standards, adjust staffing and resources as needed, and report changing needs to staff.
