About the Role A full-time, remote Clinical Specialist role focused on wound care training and clinical support across North Germany. You will champion clinical education and hands-on training, reporting to the Regional Business Manager, to help drive product adoption and improve patient care. What You'll Do
- Champion clinical education and hands-on training initiatives for wound care solutions, delivering face-to-face and virtual trainings.
- Strengthen sales and clinical support presence across North Germany, driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for healthcare professionals; collaborate with learning management systems (LMS) and Salesforce; travel regularly within the region.
- Stay current on wound management, skin care, and tissue viability; share insights with regional teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable successful implementation of solutions and customer success. What We're Looking For
- A paramedical or nursing degree, or equivalent professional experience in wound care or related fields.
- Proven experience in a clinical or sales support role within the medical or pharmaceutical sector in North Germany.
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge in wound care, skin care, or tissue viability.
- Skilled in designing and delivering engaging training programs (face-to-face and virtual).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and customer success.
- Native German speaker with good command of English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region. Nice to Have
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and developing stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Previous exposure to digital training tools and online education platforms.
