Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist, CRM for the North West England region. This field-based role provides clinical support and customer-facing service across multiple locations including Liverpool, Bolton, Chester, Manchester, Blackpool, Warrington and Preston. The role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical assistance and CRM-related support to customers in the field.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical expertise and product support in the field across the North West England region
- Conduct on-site visits, training, and demonstrations for healthcare providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implant/adoption of CRM solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during field activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a clinical or field-based support role within healthcare
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Willingness to travel across North West England or associated travel requirements
- Ability to work independently in a field environment

- Prior experience with CRM systems or related medical devices
