Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Clinical Simulation Educator to strengthen our Clinical Support & Education team.
- The successful candidate will deliver excellent care, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
- You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Clinical Support & Education service.
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes.
- Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards.
- Support quality improvement and audit initiatives.
- Collaborate with allied specialties to ensure seamless patient pathways.
Qualifications and Experience
- Clinical background with 5 years simulation / education experience.
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
