Job Description
What you will do in this role:

Coordinate and support ESM personnel across assigned health facilities to ensure quality integrated service delivery.

Support the implementation of client-centered, differentiated service delivery models at site level.

Monitor facility-level data quality and support timely, accurate documentation and reporting.

Support facility teams in applying SOPs and quality improvement tools for integrated services.

Conduct routine site visits and provide supportive supervision to Technical Assistants.

Support case management, patient tracking, and linkage to care across supported facilities.

Identify service delivery gaps at site level and escalate to the Specialist.

Contribute to facility-level and cluster review meetings.

Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.

Minimum Recruitment Standard
Qualifications and experience we look for:
- A First Degree in Medicine.
- At least one (1) year of experience in health service delivery, with some supervisory or coordination experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of integrated HIV, TB, Malaria, and MNCH service delivery approaches.
- Strong coordination, supervisory, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to supported health facilities.
