Job title: Clinical Risk Liaison
About the Role The Clinical Risk Liaison serves as the primary connection between the Transition and Clinical Teams and the Quality and Patient Safety Department. Reporting to the Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety, this role is charged with proactively identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating safety risks throughout the hospital transformation effort.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary connection between the Transition and Clinical Teams and the Quality and Patient Safety Department.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate safety risks throughout the hospital transformation.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and coordinate risk management activities with the Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety.
- Monitor and communicate risk status to stakeholders as transformation efforts progress.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $120,100.00 - $138,200.00 per year
