About the Role The Clinical Risk Liaison serves as the primary connection between the Transition and Clinical Teams and the Quality and Patient Safety Department. This time-limited role focuses on embedding safety into the hospital transformation, proactively identifying and mitigating safety risks throughout the transition from BWH to BIDMC, with matrixed accountability to the Transitional Management Office and governance structures. What You'll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day risk point of contact for the DFCI transition from BWH affiliation to BIDMC affiliation.
- Collaborate with multiple functional workstreams (Legal, Compliance, Quality/Patient Safety, Privacy/Information Security, IT, Finance, HR, Clinical Operations, Facilities, etc.) to identify risk and vulnerabilities during separation, contingency, and new hospital build phases.
