About the Role The Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center (HDFCCC) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Supervisors / Protocol Project Manager for the Gastrointestinal Oncology Program. Under the supervision of the Clinical Research Manager (CRM), this role will manage and facilitate the day-to-day operations of the program's CRC team and report to the Gastrointestinal Oncology Program Lead CRC.
What You'll Do
- Manage and facilitate day-to-day operations of the Gastrointestinal Oncology Program's clinical research coordinators (3–6 staff) under the CRM.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate CRC performance in executing studies, including direct oversight of data collection and reporting to implement protocols in compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
- Assist the CRM in resolving operational workload, protocol implementation, and data collection issues.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising a team of clinical research coordinators (3–6).
- Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional policies governing clinical research.
- Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate CRC performance; ensure high-quality data collection and reporting; support protocol implementation.
