Job title: Clinical Research Supervisor
About the Role The Clinical Research Supervisor (CRS) will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of perinatal clinical research activities, overseeing operational execution and study protocol management for the Perinatal Research Program. Reporting to the Research Program Director, Research Program Manager, and/or PIs, the CRS will coordinate across UCSF Mission Bay, Mount Zion, ZSFG and affiliated sites, applying strong leadership and deep knowledge of research operations.
What You'll Do
- Implement and oversee a diverse portfolio of clinical research activities, including operational management and oversight of multiple study protocols for the Perinatal Research Program.
- Coordinate and supervise research activities across UCSF Mission Bay, Mount Zion, ZSFG, and affiliated sites, as project needs dictate.
- Apply leadership skills to integrate complex programmatic activities and collaborate with investigators, clinical staff, lab managers, administration, HRPP, coordinating centers, sponsors, CROs, NIH, and research participants.
- Ensure high-quality execution of research operations and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work across multiple clinical sites and coordinating centers.
- Knowledge of HRPP processes, regulatory requirements, and research program management.
- Ability to interact with investigators, sponsors, CROs, NIH, and research participants.
