Job title: Clinical Research Manager
About the Role The Clinical Research Manager designs, plans, and directs administrative, regulatory, personnel, clinical, and financial operations for the Memory and Aging Center’s Alzheimer’s Disease and Frontotemporal Dementia clinical trials program. They work with senior leadership to develop long- and short-term strategies to advance treatments for Alzheimer’s Disease, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Frontotemporal Dementia, and related disorders, and supervise staff with autonomy in clinical trial operations.
What You'll Do
- Design, plan and direct administrative, regulatory, personnel, clinical, and financial operations for MAC's Alzheimer’s/FTD clinical trials program.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, the Program Director, and department leadership to develop long- and short-term strategic plans.
- Direct subordinate managers and staff to meet program objectives and ensure efficient trial operations.
- Apply expertise in clinical trial operations with autonomy to execute research activities within the program.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
