Job title: Clinical Research Coordinator II - Zakim Center
About the Role The Clinical Research Coordinator II (CRC II) at the Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies and Healthy Living will support research projects focused on exercise and nutrition interventions to benefit oncology patients and survivors.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage clinical research activities for exercise and nutrition intervention studies at the Zakim Center.
- Assist with participant recruitment, screening/consent, scheduling, and data collection.
- Ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance; liaise with multidisciplinary teams; monitor study progress.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in coordinating clinical research studies or related roles; familiarity with oncology settings is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with researchers, clinicians, and participants.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition interventions, or integrative therapies in cancer care.
- Prior experience with data management systems and IRB submissions.
