Job title: Clinical Research Coordinator II - Attleboro
About the Role The Satellite Clinical Research Coordinator at the Attleboro location supports the clinical research program and research team in conducting clinical trials under Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, under the supervision of the PI and DFCI disease programs.
What You'll Do
- Primary data collection and management of patient clinical information and regulatory documents across open studies at the Satellite site(s)
- Ensure timely collection of protocol-related samples and shipment as required
- Maintain site regulatory binders and ensure study compliance with state, federal, and IRB requirements
- May be responsible for site IRB submissions (violations, deviations, severe adverse event reports)
- Screen patients for protocol eligibility, obtain informed consent (minimal risk studies), and register study participants
- Travel to the Longwood campus and other DFCI Satellite sites may be required
- Position located at Attleboro campus
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related experience
- Experience in a medical, scientific research, or technology-oriented business environment preferred
- Understanding of ICH/GCP and Federal Regulatory requirements
- Understanding of DF/HCC SOPs
- Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of other key departments within clinical research (e.g., OHRS, ODQ, DFCI CTO)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Time management and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to practice discretion and adhere to hospital confidentiality guidelines
- Able to work across satellite locations and provide on-site and remote support
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000 - $62,700 per year
