We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Clinical Research Coordinator at ICON, you will play a crucial role in supporting project initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our operations. You will assist in the execution of key tasks and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. What You Will Be Doing: Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans to meet organizational goals. Collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Gathering and analyzing data to provide insights that support decision-making processes. Contributing to the creation of reports and documentation to track project progress. Building strong relationships with colleagues to enhance teamwork and communication across functions.

Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline. 2= years of experience in a similar role or environment, with a focus on project support. Experience in oncology therapeutic area strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools to support project execution.
