About the Role The Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at UCSF seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support ongoing and future clinical and translational studies within the Division. The role reports to the Clinical Research Supervisor or Manager and focuses on coordinating and performing tasks to operationalize investigator-initiated studies and build a general cardiology cohort study.
What You'll Do
- Carry out tasks as part of ongoing and future clinical and translational research projects within the Division of Cardiology.
- Support and coordinate clinical studies, including study logistics and data collection, under the supervision of the Clinical Research Supervisor or Manager.
- Assist in preparing regulatory documents, coordinating with investigators, subjects, and external institutions, and contributing to study operations.
- Participate in training and development to prepare for advancement within the clinical research series.

- HS graduate or equivalent with sufficient experience and demonstrated skills to perform duties.
- Attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate with subjects, team members, other departments, and outside institutions.
- Ability to work under supervision and in a team-based environment.
