Job title: Clinical Project Manager - EMEA
About the Role Clinical Project Manager to coordinate and lead sponsor-dedicated projects across EMEA, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinate efforts, and facilitate communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management position at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization
- Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
- Preferred: 2+ years of monitoring experience
- Experience in managing complex or global trials
- Experience managing all trial components from start-up to database lock (preferred)
- Strong operational executor with skills in study delivery
- Experience across multiple study designs
- Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and empowerment of others to achieve objectives
- Preferred: Coaching/mentoring CTMs, leading a team of CTMs, and participating in departmental initiatives
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
