About the Role The Clinical Practice Specialist (CPS) is a member of the nursing leadership team and an expert in our patient populations, evidence-based practice, and systems. This role collaborates across the enterprise with interdisciplinary departments to develop and evaluate evidence-based practices and to improve the quality of patient care.
What You'll Do
- Partner with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to develop, evaluate, and implement evidence-based nursing practices.
- Collaborate across the enterprise to improve quality and safety and to standardize care across settings.
- Serve as clinical expert on patient populations and care delivery processes to guide practice changes and education.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 129,800.00 - 148,400.00 per year.
