About the Role The Clinical Practice Specialist (CPS) is a member of the nursing leadership team, and an expert in patient populations, evidence-based practice, and healthcare systems. The role involves collaborating across the enterprise with interdisciplinary departments to develop and evaluate evidence-based practices, and to improve the quality of patient care. What You'll Do
- Serve as a nursing leadership team member and clinical expert in patient populations, evidence-based practice, and healthcare systems.
- Collaborate across the enterprise with interdisciplinary departments to develop and evaluate evidence-based practices and improve the quality of patient care.
- Lead or support implementation of clinical practice initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
- Provide clinical guidance and education to nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards of care. What We're Looking For
- Experience as a member of a nursing leadership team with expertise in patient populations, evidence-based practice, and healthcare systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and apply evidence-based practices.
- Onsite role based in Cambridge, MA. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $129,800.00 - $148,400.00 per year.
