Job Overview Support safe, effective medicine use across our wards and outpatient clinics, reviewing prescriptions, advising clinicians and counselling patients on their treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review inpatient prescriptions for safety, interactions and dosing
- Participate in ward rounds and advise on therapy choices
- Counsel patients on discharge medicines and adherence
- Support antimicrobial stewardship and formulary management
- Report and follow up adverse drug reactions
Qualifications and Experience

B.Pharm or Pharm.D from a recognised university

Full registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)

Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience

Clinical pharmacy postgraduate training is an advantage
