Job Summary
Pearl Hospital is a Level 4 multi-specialty hospital in Laikipia County. Guided by our values of Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion, we are seeking a Clinical Officer to provide quality medical care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients in accordance with established clinical guidelines and protocols. Pearl Hospital provides 24/7 Level 4 healthcare, combining outpatient and inpatient services with advanced imaging, maternity, oncology, fertility, surgical and wellness care. Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations including history taking and physical examinations.

Diagnose and manage common medical conditions.

Prescribe and administer appropriate treatment and medications.

Order and interpret laboratory diagnostic tests.

Provide emergency and first-line care to patients.

Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols.

Support implementation of hospital policies and clinical guidelines.

Perform minor medical and surgical procedures within scope of practice

Minimum Qualifications
-
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.

Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (COC)

Valid practicing license.

At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience (internship included)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an added advantage .
