Job title: Clinical Nurse - Mental Health Unit - Part time - Nights
About the Role The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care on the inpatient Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness, using ANA and Ohio Board standards. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promote the health potential of patients and families and adapts care to changing census and needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care following American Nurses Association and Ohio Board of Nursing standards
- Interact with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient/family needs and deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care
- Promote a patient- and family-experience oriented environment and act as a change agent to meet census and unit needs
- Serve the inpatient Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness
- Work part-time, 24 hours per week with two 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and weekend/holiday rotations
- Maintain RN licensure in Ohio and CPR certification; commit to pursuing BSN within 5 years of hire
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in nursing required; graduation from an accredited program
- RN licensure in the State of Ohio
- CPR certification required
- Dedication to obtain Bachelor of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire
Compensation & Benefits
- 24 hours per week part-time role with 2 (12) hour night shifts
- Eligible for benefits and PTO
