About the Role The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care on the inpatient Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness, using ANA and Ohio Board standards. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promote the health potential of patients and families and adapts care to changing census and needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing care following American Nurses Association and Ohio Board of Nursing standards
- Interact with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient/family needs and deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care
- Promote a patient- and family-experience oriented environment and act as a change agent to meet census and unit needs
- Serve the inpatient Mental Health Unit at the Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness
