Clinical Nurse opportunities in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). MSK seeks exceptional nursing professionals to join our ICU to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill oncology patients. The 20-bed ICU offers high-acuity care with a patient population that is approximately 40% surgical and 60% medical. A robust 16-week orientation is provided, and a two-year commitment is requested. Nurses work 12-hour night shifts, averaging 13 shifts per month, with a culture of autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.

Role Overview:

• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and clinical status, in inpatient settings
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, nursing standards, and institutional policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Provide patient and family education, support, and care coordination
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the electronic medical record

Key Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
• Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience
• Active New York State RN license
• Experience with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems
