About the Role VNA Care is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our Danvers/Woburn leadership team. This role oversees a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager serves as a mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture. What You'll Do
- Oversee a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists, and other clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Provide mentorship, problem-solving, and leadership to foster clinical excellence and a collaborative team culture.
- Support staff development and retention efforts in collaboration with leadership. What We're Looking For
- Experience: Home care experience; 3 years clinical experience; 1 year of leadership experience.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation.
- Skills: Oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees; ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts.
- Education & Licenses: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program; active Massachusetts RN license; BLS certification preferred; OASIS certification preferred. Nice to Have
- Experience working with a union clinical team preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $136,000 per year.
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Generous PTO and Holiday time.
- Schedule/Location: On-site 3 days per week in the Woburn office and 2 days remote; 8a-4:30p on both on-site and remote days.
