Job title: Clinical Manager
Section: Role: Clinical Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day patient care activities across outpatient and inpatient services at Genesis Specialist Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the patient journey from front desk and consultation through admission, treatment, discharge, and follow-up.
- Supervise nurses, nursing assistants, laboratory staff, physiotherapists, and other clinical support staff.
- Ensure investigations, treatments, physician orders, referrals, and patient-care activities are completed promptly.
- Identify and resolve delays, complaints, and issues affecting patient care.
- Maintain effective communication between patients, families, physicians, front desk, and clinical departments.
- Ensure staff comply with hospital policies and maintain appropriate patient-care and professional standards.
- Escalate significant clinical or operational concerns to the Medical Director/Management.
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND qualification.
