  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, improve patient flow, and support positive patient outcomes.
  • Monitor unit performance and quality indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives to strengthen care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support consistent, high-quality clinical practice.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance patient safety, operational efficiency, and the patient experience.

Oversee Operations and Strategic Priorities

  • Evaluate staffing, equipment, space, and other resource needs to support the delivery of quality care.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership on strategic planning, service development, and initiatives that support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen team performance, and support the hospital’s continued success.
